If you remove a snails shell should it go faster?
I think it makes it a little more sluggish myself

yes, less drag. that sucker would slide through the wind like a ferrari.

It makes the snail more aerodynamic, although I wouldn't suggest removing it, because it is it's form of protection from salt :P
