Poll............About Buttermilk?

Hate Hate Hate Buttermilk.I won't even use a recipe that calls for Buttermilk..My mom forced this on me as a kid and that was the last time and that was 55yrs ago...

1. yes, but it's got to be whole buttermilk, not 1%

2. at least 1 glass per day

3.when i started working in/at a milk processing/packaging plant in 79'

4.it's an acquired taste...it grew on me.

5. no...got a half gallon in my frig as i type.

I do not care for buttermilk by itself, but it does make some pretty good biscuits.

I could not touch it after some charmer at AA told me she would dress me in satin or clothe me in silk but my eyes look like cherries in a glass of buttermilk.
