This on and off depression? Can I stop it?
It's wierd. Sometimes I'm prefectly fine, and then sometimes I break down. I don't want to do anything anymore, not even write, or read, or draw. Things I loved to do. They all seem like tasks. I feel depressed sometimes and I just want to be alone, but then sometimes I want to be surrounded by my friends.
Then I get wicked pissed off around my mom. I don't hate her or anything, we don't have a bad relationship. My mom just doesn't understand me, she doesn't really know my personality or who I am, I still love her though.
I want it to stop. Its wierd, and I hate it. I don't have any bad things going on in my life, everything has already passed. I just want this to stop. How do i make it stop?

And I feel like I somehow kno exactly what you mean. Don't worry, I'm pretty sure you're not the only one. It's kind of pops up at random times, doesn't it? It's like having a leg cramp attack just right out there and you can't walk cuz it hurts and your muscles won't hold up with you, haha. Well at least for me anyways..
Oh by the way, it's Emily. I'm just in a "special" character for my screen name and icon and all.... long story. Haha.

I've felt like that before, here are some things that I tried so it would go away that worked
1. Drink less coffee
2. Sleep 8 hours a day, lack of sleep will make you cranky
3. Don't worry about the alone and friends part, thats normal
4. if you have something on your mind solve it
5. eat right
6. Drink lots of water
7. Exercise daily if possible(exercise relaxes your emotions)
