No. Prejudice means to "pre-judge". We judge people all the time, usually without even realizing it. We analyze people's looks, clothing, hair and behavior in just a few seconds and form conclusions based on what we've seen.
Anyone that says they don't do this isn't being truthful with themselves. And it isn't always a bad thing. Some of the opinions we form keep us safe from physical harm.
