Bonus:

Let's start with the obvious Obelisk the Tormentor. After that, Continuous Spells and Traps that aren't going to Special Summon at activation, but later after they've already been successfully activated, like Miracle Fertilizer. And obviously it can't stop Special Summons at the resolution of a chain, like when Monster Reborn is activated, and Royal Oppression is chained in response, but Mystical Space Typhoon is chained to destroy Oppression before its effect can resolve. Solemn Warning cannot negate Monster Reborn resolving in this scenario.

@MrJ: Solemn Warning cannot negate Macro Cosmos, but it's not because it's optional (Konami hates Starlight Road).

EDIT: Oh wow, never mind. I guess I've never read Macro Cosmos. It's effect activates upon the card's activation, so yes, you can Warning/Oppress it. Don't know where my head was, and I have no idea what I thought Macro said to cause it to get around Warning. And I know you can Warn/Oppress Starlight Road, hence why I mentioned that Konami hates it. It can be Oppressed even though the Special Summon effect is optional.

@MrJ: Just the fact that Macro Cosmos can Special Summon makes it a target for Warning. Royal Oppression also can negate MC.
