Vincent Jackson can't play until week 12 vs the Colts but he must report by week 7.

No. He was suspended 3 weeks no matter what and since he was on the roster exempt list, he MUST sit out until week 7. If he rejoins the team, who knows how much he will play. At this point i would keep up for a week or two or at least after there bye week, but if hes not back by then he will have no value going forward
