do you use the Paste or the Powder or the adhesive strips to keep your dentures in place?

i dont use anything, so i have to be careful when i have to yell to someone at work when i say my c's and k's ...all the other times they seem to stay where they belong...

Each persons experience will be different. When I use adhesive, I use the powder. It is less messy and seems to hold pretty well. At the end of the day when I take them out there is no residue left behind.

The best thing is to try to make sure your dentures are fitting as well as they possibly can. You may have to experiment with a couple of different products to find the one that works best for you.
