amounts of vitamins I should be taking?

I am confused about the kinds and amounts of vitamins I should be taking. A good daily vitamin has most of what the average person needs but what if you are a large person that works out. Should I take two, three, or is one enough? Is there any websites that you can put your height, weight, and physical activity level to get what vitamins and how much I need?

Thanks

You should go to this place called GNC they sell vitamins and things like that and they have people there that'll help you. Idk if you have one around where you live but any local excercise equipment/health shop will have people who can help you out with things like this.

This question is kind of hard to answer. It depends on your diet, first. Yes, you may be large and work out, but what are you eating? If you're like most people who work out seriously, your diet consists of protein powder, lean meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Correct? There is not enough, or anywhere close to the amounts fo vitamins in those to come close to what your body needs. I personally will recommend, very strongly, that you only get a multivitamin that comes in a capsule. Tablet vitamins are a waste of time, as they are so compacted your body simply can't digest them. Please visit my website at: www.looseweightwithme.com. This site has a report you can download that will have a lot of helpful information regarding your question. I hope this helps!
