Do you get any extra points if you make the basket from half court or full court?
than just 3 points? its a lot harder to score from the other end of the court than just at the 3 point line. Shouldnt extra points be rewarded?

no, anything beyond the 3 point line is worth only 3 points. It should not be rewarded, or teams could just wait till the end to try and win, it ruins the game

Yes.If it's within 10 feet of the line you get 6 points. if it is 10 feet on the other side of the line, nearer to the other teams goal you either get to take you career points per game average and divide by 20% or 17 points, whichever is greater, and add it to your score.
