My '94 F150 runs fine until driven about 20 miles, then stalls and dies.?

When I try to crank it back up, the engine doesn't want to turn over until it sits for about a minute. While driving down the road it seems fine, although I do get some valve chatter upon heavy acceleration. Also seems to be using way too much gas. I have changed the PCV valve, had the timing adjusted, tried high octane gas and fuel treatments, changed the fuel filter..... Nothing helping so far. The truck did sit up for a couple of years before I bought it. Any Ideas?

Check the o2 a bad o2 can stall-out a engine by telling the CPU there's to much fuel in the system by sending to much air that will cause rough-idle and stalls out...The o2 could tell the CPU there's to much air by sending out to much fuel which will cause valve chatter and some smoke out of the tail pipe
