Graphics card update?

So I'm looking to get a new graphics card for my pc.

I have a Dell Inspiron 560 with Windows 7 64bit

Core 2 Quad @ 2.5GHz

Current video card - ATI Radeon HD 5450 (1GB Ram)

I'm looking for something with TWO VGA output ports for dual monitor support, not just extended display. I also want it to be an upgrade, as I do play online games with this PC.

Hopefully between $200-400

Any ideas?
