-use a green concealer to cover up the red spots (you'll find it at any drugstore)
-use foundation to help even out your skin tone...
-use pressed powder so the makeup will last longer :)
p.s. make sure you find out your skin type, (oily, combination, dry skin, etc) and get a foundation that works with your skin tone...
*another tip: make sure you cleanse and moisturize your face to get the makeup off at the end of the day.. you don't want acne!
hope i helped :)

I have the same problem. Try foundation primer. It helps your makeup to stay on longer throughout the day. Also, to avoid redness, you can buy a green concealer stick. I know it sounds crazy, but green cancels out red, and it won't look like you have green on, just put foundation over it!

first start with a moisturizer or primer, then i highly suggest using bare minerals or bare essentials foundation. its a mineral foundation and is absolutely the best! start with the foundation powder that fits you color, then either bronzer or blush (from same brand), and then the mineral vail which will seal the look! this company has many different powders and they all work amazingly, 100% recommend it!

Green color correcting makeup primer. Loreal makes one. I'm putting a link to it below. :)
