What is your view on the new avatar for those without avatar (in Y!A) instead of the grey face?

What is your view on the new symbol and the different colours (based on the levels)?

edit :: i dont think the color is based on levels,just now  I saw 3 accounts(level one) with yellow, purple, and blue !!

A new avatar is always welcome when the user has no face (and probably even the name is assumed 
as well).But what has level got to do with that?I feel that is irrelevant.

Like any new feature, we notice it at first and then just don't 'see' it after awhile.

I like the new ones better than the grey-head because they are more colorful, but I agree that the orange one looks like the 'Big Lots' logo, as someone else remarked on the Suggestion Board.  I wouldn't be happy with that one!

I like them much better. And you can tell in a glance who's profile is hidden.
They are replacing the gray smiley face for people that do not have a picture or avatar but have not hidden their profile, hidden profiles still have the gray smiley. The colors are random and have no meaning.

It seems to e new ad interestingly also.

But the colour choice are not based on levels. See the profiles in different colours but all level 1

It is no longer dull. The colors mean nothing. They are teal, blue, green, orange and purple.
