Why am i imagining people getting hurt?

I have always pictured that people i love are getting hurt. But these images are getting worse and I start to believe its happening or it going to happen. I imagine people getting hit by a bus or get into a serious car accident. Some of these images are really bad. they make me really anxious and really upset. So i was wondering if anybody knew the reason why i'm thinking this. I know im scared of losing people in my life but i want to know if there's something deeper. Please help. Please don't say go see a psychologist... I have one. thanks in advance :)

im going thru almost the exact thing but its me thats getting hurt not my loved ones. its mainly because im always depressed and thats why i imagine myself getting hurt. maybe that goes for these people to-maybe theyre depressed or maybe its because your so afraid of loosing them that you imagine loosing them. i can only think of one other thing but maybe thats a little too deep, deeper than what you were looking for...but i hope i helped and i hope these images stop

Umm.Well the primary aspect is beautiful ordinary. I oftentimes assume what it could be love to get harm or some thing. That's no longer quite some thing that severe. You will not quite bash your self with a hammer, even evenly. That can result in issues at some point.
