Where can I buy liquid glucose?
I'm in the US and have a UK recipe book. I need liquid glucose. Can I buy it here? Where from? Or is there another product I can substitute for it?
I'm wanting to make decorations for the top of a cake. You mix it with egg whites and powdered sugar to make it malleable so it can be shaped into decorations, just like clay or playdoh except it's edible.

Grocery stores on the very very top shelf of the Baking Aisle. It isn't used that much so it is kept really high out of reach. Might have to ask the section manager for it. They will order it if you wish to use it.
You can also use Sucrose. same place in grocery store.
