Was it fitting that the Rangers had 10 players on the field for the last out?

Since A-Rod is still on the Rangers payroll!

Why are we pissed at him??

hahaha that was PRICELESS!!!!! I was at the game and man the crowd went WILD when they saw he was up. hahaha...jerk!

And the guy above asks why we are pissed at the Yankees or A-Rod...hmmm...He called the Rangers little boys and has been a complete *** ever since he went to NY. And your guy Teixeira treated Ron Washington like crap. Both of them are arrogant jerks. In an article written in the Daily News, Alex Rodriguez said how he regretted signing with the Texas Rangers and wished he had signed with the New York Mets rather than Texas. He also said: "I feel very‚ very excited and very honored. The last couple of years have been hard‚ and all of us have the same passion for winning and moving this train in the right direction." - Jan. 25, 2004

A-Rod says all the right things after he is named Texas Rangers team captain. Then, on Feb. 16, he forces a trade to the Yankees.

"Alex Rodriguez is the player we believe will allow this franchise to fulfill its

dream of continuing on its path to becoming a World Series champion,"

Rangers owner Tom Hicks said in 2001 when he was signed with a $252 million contract.

Well...he was right..he did help us go to the WS by striking out 9 years later! haha

How ironic...I guess Karma is a *****. It was absolutely AMAZING that he struck out and that was the out we need to win the ALCS. In your face A-Roid!!

As a recall he won the MVP with the Rangers hitting 57 homeruns and then he was uncermoniously traded for Alfonso Soriano who isn't even on the Rangers anymore, and the Rangers fans are pissed at him? That makes no sense to me.

I believe A-Rod was considered for MVP for the Rangers in the LCS with his .190 batting average but they went with Hamilton instead.

Who can blame him for leaving? They were a shady organization, they still owe him $25 million, along with others.
