Is it annoying to see someone walk while texting at the same time?

I don't feel strongly about it like you, but I do agree with your point that its kinda silly. I can do that, but I'd rather not. I like to stop walking and finish texting. But when I do, I keep an eye out, so that when you come by I won't fall :3

I would call it, slightly unsafe by the individual. What if a car spun out of control on a corner and smashed into the texting and walking individual? They would have no time to react. More safe than texting and driving though.

It doesn't bother me much, unless we are walking in a narrow hallway and the person in front of me is walking uber slowly while texting.

I realized that generally people who text while walking commonly occurs in awkward situations. For instance, a girl will walk by but as soon as she sees someone else nearby she may pull out her phone and pretend to text so she is busy. I think they may do that because they avoid being bugged by people or something.

Because your annoyed with women in tight jeans texting in public. You purposely walk into them to where they fall. You sound like your a bully. Who is jealous of goodlooking women in tight jeans.

Pushing a grocery cart is even more annoying. Is it still called "road rage" if you deck someone for hitting you with a shopping cart while texting?

Or how about when you're talking to someone on the phone and you can tell they're texting someone else at the same time?
