I need help with my ITUNES?

Hi! I have a little problem with my itunes. It looks like I cannot edit the songs that I downloaded because the letters are not in black but in white.. Can you help me solve this problem?? Thanks in advance :)

Update:

P.S I right clicked the song and then get info but then I still can;t edit it because it is colored grey

Update 2:

Also, the "read only" button is unchecked

    what i do is right click, create mp3 version. then there is a copy and you can then edit both and just throw one away
