Survey: How often do you "Star" a question, but choose not to answer it?
I've noticed recently several people have starred questions, but didn't answer them. I thought it was a bit unusual, until I checked my star records and it seems, I do it every then & now.
Sometimes, it is because I plan to answer them, but just never get back to the question.

Not common, since I try to answer a question and star if such really perks up my interest.
