someone called my sister from a twelve digit number and said he lives in El Paso Texas. its not with a company or anything because he is just "wanting to talk". he also said something about UK.. but i'm not sure she couldn't quiet understand him.
the number is 923-453-090132
if anyone knows where this number is from or if its like, a computer number or what ever. please answer ill vote you best answer if you can tell me what it is.

it looks like this might be a cell phone in Pakistan. 92 is the country code for Pakistan and 3xx is a cell phone.
