twelve digit phone number?
someone called my sister from a twelve digit number and said he lives in El Paso Texas. its not with a company or anything because he is just "wanting to talk". he also said something about UK.. but i'm not sure she couldn't quiet understand him.
the number is +923453090132
a guy on my space asked to call her after they talked for a while. she said yes, gave him her number and thats what called her and now shes freaking out.

that is a creeper i got the same calll i would talk to your sister and ask if she went on any wierd sites

+92 is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (better known as Pakistan). The only way he will be calling from Texas is if he had a virtual number and a citizen of Pakistan (Pakistan doesn't allow DIDs to non citizens). Even if he did call from Texas, anyone calling that number will be charged as if he was calling international.
Obviously since he has a Pakistani number, it is very unlikely he will be calling from the US. If he was smart, he would have got a SIP line, and an El Paso number, and that might have been a bit more believable.
