You most certainly can.I use cheese sauce mix when making Macaroni Cheese but towards the end of cooking add a handful of grated cheese. I promise you that it will be delicious.

yeah but i don't think it'll taste very nice lol x cook the macaroni then add large knob of butter and grate some cheese into the pasta, saving some to sprinkle on top or you could make a basic bechamel sauce by melting butter in a pan, add a tablespoon of plain flour lettin it cook for five mins then add slowly some warm milk. when you have a nice thickish sauce add as much grated cheese to taste, pour over the cooked pasta then bake in the oven till brown x much nicer than granules lol x way more satisfying x

Just make it on the pan then grill. just down the sauce down with skinny milk, it dont get too thick
