What helps cure a headache?

It's a scientific fact, that sex does indeed help relieve headaches.....so all your female headache excuses don't hold water, lol.....unless it was male scientists that came up with the facts. lol

Excedrin. Also, I hear that if you take the thumb of your right hand and massage that little area of your palm right around where you can feel the knuckle of your pinky, that should take care of it. But sometimes, with weather change and all (I've got a headache too) there's just not much you can do.

Aleve and Ibuprofen work well. If you don't have any of that lying around, drink some black coffee with no sugar -- the caffeine will help. Keep in mind, coffee with no sugar and not soda, you don't want anything sugary.

Cold compress, Tylenol, and a nap.

I like Advil because if suck on them they taste like candy. Really keep them away from the kiddies.

Plenty of water and fresh air, oh and paracetamols
