Removing body welds on a 2005 Town and Country?

My wife hit a deer. She damaged the L fender, bumper cover, hood, L light, and the L light panel. The light panel is welded in place and I need to remove the factory welds so that I can replace it. This is an important piece because the fender and bumper cover as well as the headlight all mount to this one panel. Does anyone know how a body shop would remove the welds or should I just use a grinder?
