But i found out i will recieve financial aid to pay for campus if I went to the College i want to in Georgia. Well i recently updated my information on fasfa saying i live in New York now. But if i change it again to move back to Georgia. Will i have to pay out of state tuition???

For college purposes you will be considered a resident of the state in which your parents reside unless you are over 24 years old. If your parents have not moved, you are still a GA resident.
