Pay Pal Limited Account?

So my Pay Pal Account got limited today. To lift my account i need to provide My SS# and Set credit check Address and resolve issue with a linked account. Now my question is would it be wise if i just took care of my bal on the linked account? do you think then i would no longer have to provide my SS# and cred check then?

    You have to give them what they want to verify your identity or live with a limited account.
