Survey: What was the last thing you ate which contained, "monosodium glutamate" sometimes called, "MSG"?

And how long ago?

I just found it odd that a few years ago, so many folks saw it as something to be avoided, much like the Bubonic Plague and now FDA has found MSG to be an okay food substance.

In fact, using MSG is healthier for you than ordinary salt.

But it you happen to be one of the few who are allergic to it, it is best left on the grocery shelf.

When the big scare happened, I just ignored it and kept putting "Accent" in whatever I was cooking. Nothing bad happened, no one was poisoned, had birth defects or any other maladies in my kitchen or dining room from ingesting MSG.
