How dirty is this trick?
In my Money league the only time you can not drop or pick up a player is after the players game has started, but only for that day. Today when I woke up I looked at my week 8 match up. The guy that I am playing has Cutler, Vick(who is going to start week 9) and Eli on byes. He has no other QB. My back up QBs were Kolb and Favre.
This is what I did. I dropped Favre, Kolb, my K and 2 DLs to pick up the 5 best week 8 QBs on the wire. I think it is going to force him to pick up Jason Campbell for the week. Maybe he could go with Anderson, Favre(if he plays) Jackson if not, or Moore!

Don't see it as dirty. I think it might not be worth the trouble. He could still end up with a serviceable QB even after the top 5 waiver wire guys are gone. Are any of the guys you are dropping guys you would want to keep later on? Will someone else pick them up in the meantime? Have fun I guess.

As long as you keep those QB's on your team until next week, it's fine (and another reason why any serious league doesn't allow free agent transactions like that... you aren't the first person to pick up free agents to block an opponent)

Not worth it but I like where your head's at!
Not dirty either, clean strategy. I've done it before
However, Matthew Stafford might be back this week. Very viable option for a starting QB

I think it is pretty dirty. It is almost as bad as trading with another team to get a player to help you win and then just trade back. It can be done, but it ruins the game.
