Do you have any advice or experiences of your own that you can share on changing careers?

I love and I hope to be here in the next 5+ years, not doing to exact same thing but hopefully moving up a little. I have changed my career 3 times to something more challenging every time, sometimes the change wasn't for the better (money wise) but the satisfaction is worth it. My advice to you is to do what you love, don't base your decision solely on how much $ you would but rather on how happy and satisfied you will be going home every day.

I used to work, but I am looking for a new one. The place I worked before, the mangers were not good, so I left that job.

Always stay determine, this is what I do, I think like people count me out and I can not do it, I want to prove them wrong, so I do that.

I like it. I like the residents. I'm a home health aide. But no, I can't see myself there in 5 years. I hope to have advanced a bit more by then.

    I love my job.

I shall be doing it until the day I die.

The fact that I am the boss, may have some bearing on my views
