How about a box of gourmet or just really nice taffy? Something sticky and really sweet with lots of sugar that is hard to chew and SOOO yummy!
Or you could be cheap and get them a box of gum - things that they can use now that they won't have their braces!

An apple. Would be lovely to eat it without having to brush your teeth for 5 minutes after :D

i would get them their favorite shade of lipstick to show off their new smile! and candy they weren't allowed to eat.
