Who do I complain to about smoking in the workplace?
I am a government employee, and from what I understand there is no smoking on government property whatsoever. We have a loading dock area where I have to go through occasionally and this has become a smoking area despite the big sign that says, "NO SMOKING". My 2 bosses smoke the most, so there is no one I can complain to. I am looking for an agency to complain to about the smoking.

You can call OSHA they deal with workplace safety and health. But come on there on the loading docks, just let it go, everyone complains to much now a days
