wasps and occasional palmetto bug in attic?

Pest ctrl came out twice and still wasps getting in. and i saw my 2nd palmetto bug. We have a clean home I do not understand this!

Update:

Yep killed 3 more today, I believe my stepmom is going to have a pest control guy search the attic. We just moved into the house 4 mths ago and its a relatively new house. I worry about getting stung although I am sort of scared of roaches. I live in a suburb of Atlanta if it helps.

Update 2:

Recent update: Pest Control coming back just killed 10. Now considered dangerous for me to handle on my own.

it is called "Pest Control" not "Pest you will never see another living creature again" To keep the wasps out of the attic you will have to seal every 1/8 inch gap around your home. They are a flying insect that will try to winter over in areas such as the attic, no real good way to keep them out. The outdoor roaches are just active with the change of seasons, the ones you find may of been 100 yards away the night before, sanitation or cleanliness has nothing to do with you seeing this type of roach, but just a population next to the home and some have found their way in.
