Two things - what do you consider a healthy diet and are you taking a good vitamin?

Low fat or fat free diets will not work. Some of the fat free foods actually release sugar into your blood system faster than table sugar. Video link below.

So they can make you gain weight because your body gets a sugar spike and stores it as fat. Go low glycemic, explained in the video.

Vitamins and I mean good one. I use to take GNC/Vitamins Shoppe stuff and thought I was doing the right thing. I never really felt much different. Then a fellow runner explained how vitamins are very different and something called bio available, meaning they get into your blood system within 30 minutes. Seem that most vitamins don't, they just pass right though your body with little to no value. Video link below that explains.

I started to take Essentials from Usana, within a week I felt a difference, more focused and stronger during my run. Info link below.

You probably won't lose more than 1 lb. a week. But that would be permanent weight loss, not a temporary drop that will disappear when you change eating habits again, which happens all the time . It sounds like you are doing the healthiest thing you can for your body. I know it sucks that the results don't happen overnight, but keep it up! Over time you will end up with a great and healthy body to be proud of!
