What is the adverage expense to move a bathroom?
How much would it cost to move the bathroom from one room in the house to another that is approx. 12x14? Granted there are different variables involved, i am just looking for a rough estimate.
House is above a basement and pipes are easily accesbile under the main floor. It is town water not sewer.

Well, your only cost would be moving all the plumbing. is your house on a basement? or have a craw space? you need some one to run the water lines, and dig down and hook up to the sewer line. I would guess you should be able to do it for around $3,000.00. putting in the bath tub or shower sink and stuff. good luck

there is really no way to even give a rough estimate. A wild guess would be a minimum of $10,000. But it could be much higher. Maybe $20,000 or more.
The biggest variable is how will the underfloor drain pipes and water lines be installed. Is there a crawl space or basement below these areas, that would provide easy access? Will the contractor have to tunnel under the house to install the plumbing? If the bathrooms are on a second story then the contractor will have to cut into the ceilings of the first floor to install the plumbing. This variable alone could double the amount you pay.

Tax services charge by the complexity of the form, so it would not be worth it to go to a preparer like H&R Block or others based on the cost a 1 1040 I suggest you shop around and find out the costs of the popular on-line tax software and do it online and enter your moving costs. As said by others you are likely ti get 15% or 25% percent.
