Ladies, girls, women, what should i do? i need steps, bullets, etc. lol?

Still never got an answer to my previous questions sooo lol here we go.

I really really like this girl in my writing class for some reason. not that she's unattractive but it's just that i've never spoken one word to her and the only interaction is through eye contact. it's not much to work with as if she would just stare at me so i can talk to her about that lol but anytime i see her or even think about her, there's like a field of butterflies in my stomach...as you can tell i really like her. you know that most guys go for attractive girls and i don't want to ask her out and it turns out she's a slut or just wants sex on the first couple dates. i'm that one guy that girls talk about within their little circle with jealously because of all the sweet texts i sent from the bottom of my heart and the things i would do for them. yesterday, i didn't have class but i went anyway to handle something and i saw her walking towards me with her friend and maybe it's just that her friend was there but she gave me the quickest look like she's just checking who's in front of us...she didn't look at the two people walking with me at all but she glanced at me and that was it...last thing lol, i always have to sit in the front of class and she's like right in back of me. half the time we share eye contact and i try to not make it look obvious like turning around and starting a staring contest but we get our looks anytime we see each other. i see her once every Friday in a 3 hour class and last week i sat in the back to share a book with a classmate and her friend was sitting right between us. i moved my chair back and maybe because i was high but she just looked at me for like 4-5 seconds straight...i caught it with the corner of my eye but maybe she was looking at someone next to me. she looks like the party girl type but i don't want to be the one to judge...i just don't want that in my life, i just can't be broken hearted again and just because i've never felt this way for any girl in my life EVER lol idk what i should do...i catch a lot of girls especially the BADDD ones lol eyeing me down but i'd rather throw it all on the line for this girl. i'm kind of shy, we've never said one word to eachother...what should i do, what do i do, what am i going to do??? lmao but seriously, i need answers before two days is up because i have class with her on friday again. give me steps, decisions, w.e but yeah lol...i know it was a long question but none of my questions have been answered...please, no one word answers.

i really like this girl and i don't want to go down the wrong path with her and it turns into something i got caught up in so quickly without knowing her first. once again, i'm not a dog, i'm not in this for sex...i made that promise to God, you know, this, that, and the 3rd and i really like her but i think this might be a downfall too...idk just answer this WHOLE question lol
