Dividing percent uncertainties?

In scientific calculations, when you are dividing percent uncertainties, what should the result's percent uncertainty be? I know that when you are multiplying them, you add up the percent uncertainties, but is it the same for division?

Example:

t= 3.4 (+/- 0.05%) / 62 (+/- 0.63%)
