What does this pain sounds like?

I am having pain on the right side of my back, its not a sharp pain unless i move my right arm. I am not short of breath but when I breath it does hurt, but does not hurt when I cough. Sound like anything?

Update:

Oh and I also sit at a computer for about 3 hours a day....

PINCHED NERVE IN NECK or UPPER BACK, SHOULDERS (triangle of the upper back).

You may need an adjustment to get things back in line.

If it hurts when you breathe you need to see a doctor ASAP. I can't diagnose (nobody can) over the net. They need to make sure it's not a minor Pneumothorax (lung collapse-and there are minor ones that can be hard to spot), or something of that nature. The lungs are closer to the back than they are the chest, so back pain can still mean it's an issue with the lungs keep in mind.
