It sounds like she has a really bad stomach flu. I'm not sure about the medicine, but if it's stopping her puking it should be alright. I would research it a bit though, to make sure it's safe for a four year old. You should check her for a fever and keep giving her water, even if she throws it up. It would be terrible if she got dehydrated.
And call your mom or some other adult if you aren't sure what to do, and especially if she gets worse.

Give her fresh lime juice sip by sip continuously to prevent dehydration.
Fresh lime juice is water+ice+sugar+lime juice+very little salt.
Do not give her any food.
