What happened to Izzy on Greys anatomy?
I lost track after the show where George and Izzy both died. Izzy came back though. I am just now trying to catch up on the seasons. I can not find the show where Izzy died. Did she die? Have any idea where I can see that episode?

Izzy is in fact not dead, she just ran off and left Alex after they got married. Izzy's real life persona, Katherine Heigl, left the show to pursue other roles. However, she has made a few appearances since her departure, and the writers of the show would love to have her back to wrap up her story.

She didn't die. She came back when her teacher needed Derek's help. Alex wanted her back, but she still blamed him for her getting fired. She left again, then came back, and this time she wanted Alex back, but he didn't want her, he had slept with Lexie. So she left again. I think she'll back once again this season. In real life, Katherine Heigl, who plays Izzie, was working on a movie, then she adopted a special needs child, and she went on maternity leave.
