Not to sound like a 3rd grader, But, Does he like me?
I am on cross country with him, and we talked a lot in that, but he talked/flirted with every girl. Sometimes i see him looking at me, but that could be a coincidence. We talk on fb and text, and have hung out in a group a couple times. He is my good friend, so I want to know for sure I go ahead with anything. I don't know. Can you be good friends before a relationship or am I EFFED? So does he like me?

Hard to say, he's not dropping huge hints. But yes, it's possible to be good friends and then become a couple.
