Why are the lefties so obsessively derisive about Christine ODonnell's?

I am "down with that whole diversity business". But when a person puts themselves on the "Christian self-righteous holier-then-thou" pedestal platform, then say that they "dabbled in witchcraft" and their first date was on an alter where they had a picnic, then condemns people for their past, that proves what a hypocrite they are.

Women are held to higher scrutiny by the media if they are not Democrats. Hilary Clinton had a tough time from the Republicans.

Some man claims he had sex with O'Donnell and she was involved in an abstinence group in her earlier years.It has nothing to do with her policies or ability to govern. People change their minds all the time.

The bottom line is rather someone is capable of doing the job.

I found it offensive when people went on and on about Bill Clinton's affairs when I realized the problem was a defense breech and the women who were sneaked into the White House were not cleaned by security. Why didn't they make this clear when he was being grilled about not having sex with that woman?I recall thinking they should leave his sexual infidelity out of the news since it was not relevant to his ability to lead the country. My friend says it was relevant due to the security issues.

It appears that both sides do this . Obama has not attended church since he left Reverend Wright's church and this has left him open to criticism that he is not a Christian at all.I don't want to know if he attends church. This should be off limits. I don't want to know if he is an atheist.I don't want to know if he is Muslim. His religious practices or lack of them should not determine rather he is capable of doing a job.

Freedom of religion should be a right in this great country , Instead we find people criticizing Sarah Palin over her religion The real issue I had with her was her lack of education and the schools she attended. It is ridiculous that we allow the media to tell his who is ok and who is not. Hollywood is not know for political science majors and yet we listen to actors . We listen to Ozzy Osborne who really has not had a coherent thought in his head since the sixties.

Job applicants are not required to list their religion . It is considered unconstitutional to deny a position due to religious belief.

Why don't we extend this to the Presidential candidates and congress?

The thing that offends me most is that she claims to dabble. Why is it that christians always claim that they only dabbled? What exactly is dabbling? Can a dabbler be trusted? Does someone who dabbles here also dabble there? Is it true once a dabbler always a dabbler? There's just too many unanswered questions about a dabbler.
