Describe how each type of rock changes as it moves through the rock cycle.?

When rocks become igneous rocks, they melt and resolidify

When they become metamorphic rocks they are altered under massive amounts of heat and pressure

when they become sedimentary rocks they either erode away and become recemented, or become dissolved and then come out of solution
