Should I buy Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas?
So, I've heard quite a bit about the Fallout series and decided I was going to try out the series. Should I go for Fallout 3 for $20 or splurge on New Vegas for quite a bit more?

You should get New Vegas but because they are the same thing only this offers new campaign better graphics and more.and if you get fallout 3 make sure none of your friends don't have game of the year edition so you don't have to spend an extra 20 bucks on the map packs because you can just use their map pack code

Fallout 3 first, because once you play Fallout New Vegas, you'll never want to go back.

that depends on if your looking for better graphics and being up-to-date or you want to be surprised by DLC coming for the new game. and if you do get fallout 3 make sure to get the game of the year edition because it comes with all the DLC for free and its only like 20 dollars more, and every part of dlc is either 10 ir 15 dollars a piece

i'm playing fallout 3 right now and it is an amazing expeirence. it has given me countless hours of gameplay that keep me thinking if i did the right thing or if i could have don't something different. i would go with FO3 for 20 bucks and by the time you finish that game FONV will be cheaper.
