I need a cell phone with a good cell phone plan...help!!?

I'm back from living overseas since I was really young. I'm in college now and need a good, cheap phone with an optimal phone plan of maybe 200 minutes a month and unlimited texting. People have told me you can get five to ten people you can always call for free and then calls for free after 9 and on weekends? Help me!!

    virgin mobile pre pay 25 a month for 300 min and unlimited text and unlimited net dont get better than that

    you can get metropcs 40 dollars unlimited everything
