i recently upgraded to itunes 10 ( stupid mistake ) then i connected my jailbroken phone to sync music to it then next thing i know, my iphone isn't jailbroken anymore. I dont know what to do!!!! You need to Jailbreak it again, then Unlock it with Ultrasn0w.
The first link below is to a jailbreak matrix that will tell you if it's possible and how to do it based on your iPhone's setup.
