I would get a bamboo pen tablet. It's the cheapest, and has good quality.
Actually, bamboo fun, touch, mouse are all the same; they just have extra functions than the pen.
If you want to draw good graphic art (obviously :) ), what matters is the program you're using.
Depending on how you draw, you use a tablet that is more suitable for you.
Quick description:
Bamboo Fun- Mostly for people who like to draw AND 'play' around with photos. Edit them, and manipulate. I'd say for artists who love doing collages, photo manipulations and love to sketch.
Bamboo Pen- A normal tablet; the pen is your only tool to draw on the tablet.
Bamboo Touch- Same function as the pen, however it does not use a pen. Your finger is your tool. Therefore, it's not used for artists. (Procrastinators over the internet? xD)
Bamboo Touch and Pen: Both of the too tablet's use combined!
To sum it up: I'd recommend the pen. :)
P.S. You might want to check out the Wacom Intuos if you have an extra 100 dollars on you can want to get art-sy. :)
Good luck! Have fun on your tablet once you get it! :)

If you want to try out a tablet, get a Bamboo Pen. If you want to buy a nice big one, Bamboo Fun.
If you are really interested, have tried out tablets a lot and really want a good one, Intuos 4.
Right now I have a Bamboo Fun.. except that I haven't opened it yet... still can't wait until I can.

I agree with getting a Bamboo tablet. I have a Bamboo fun and I like it.
It's cheaper and it's also good if you're just getting started in graphic design.
