Am I in an emotionally abusive relationship?

I've checked many of the sites pertaining to this topic, and I'm still not sure, Anyways my boyfriend has broken up with me before, and i still felt attached to him. Now we are dating again, and he acts like he doesn't care about me, ditches me for his friends or leaves me hanging, he doesn't like to show affection towards me, and points out only flaws. He also makes me cry almost everyday and doesn't really care. He always puts drugs before me as well, and I'm afraid to leave him. :/ I don't know what to do.
