Hi my iphone is stuck on the black loading screen with a wheel. I have never jailbroken my phone, and I was just texting when it randomly started doing this. I tried restarting (home & power button) but that didn't work. Same thing kept happening. I am about to factory restore, will that work?? Is there something better I should do?

I was just wondering, if it will turn out lighter or darker. and what colors i can use to achieve a light blonde result with naturally dark ash blonde/light ash brown hair. I have currently been with verizon for about a year, and i have gone through 3 env 2's, 12 voyagers, and 2 env touch's, all due to problems not associated with me. And i'm not impressed with the battery life with their phones, and the service is expensive and not that great as well. Most of my friend's t-mobile phones work a lot better than mine,(env touch) every phone from Verizon i've tried has failed me. I have never dropped a phone more than once, i dont sit on them, they have cases, and they are very well taken care of. Verizon's customer service has also been extremely mediocre. If I switch to t-mobile what are some pros and cons? Also which company do you think is better for me? 10 pts best answer.

Okay, so this guy was secretly dating this girl, and I liked him, So I told him, and he kept saying to wait for him to ask me out, so I'm like okay, then my friend asked him what's taking forever and found out him and the girl were secretly dating, So he breaks up with her, asks me out, so then we go out, and he's prude.
