What is better T-mobile or verizon?
I have currently been with verizon for about a year, and i have gone through 3 env 2's, 12 voyagers, and 2 env touch's, all due to problems not associated with me. And i'm not impressed with the battery life with their phones, and the service is expensive and not that great as well. Most of my friend's t-mobile phones work a lot better than mine,(env touch) every phone from Verizon i've tried has failed me. I have never dropped a phone more than once, i dont sit on them, they have cases, and they are very well taken care of. Verizon's customer service has also been extremely mediocre. If I switch to t-mobile what are some pros and cons? Also which company do you think is better for me? 10 pts best answer.

I'm not a fan of Verizon or T-Mobile.
As of now, Sprint seems to be the most promising carrier to me. I use Sprint, but my parents and sister use AT&T. I used to use Verizon, and my girlfriend uses T-Mobile. Just to say that I have decent knowledge of those main companies.
Anywho, from my experience with all four major carriers, Sprint is my favorite. The phones are great, if a bit expensive, service is good, prices on the various types of plans aren't bad at all. Now, I haven't ever had to use customer service. So I couldn't tell you whether its good or bad. But the fact that I haven't needed it is another pro for Sprint.
Oh, and don't let the 4G draw you in. I've never actually had 4G anywhere, and only the Evo 4G even has 4G capability.
Frankly, service sucks with T-Mobile, at least in Tennessee. Major cities don't seem to be prioritized at all. Sometimes you get reception, sometimes you don't. It's very spotty. Wherever you live may be better, though.
Just my two cents, hope you get a less crappy carrier this time.

I think you should stay with verizon. I have had verizon for years and love it. I think its the phones you have had, because i had those phones too and experienced problems as well. Those env's really have a lot of glitches, if you maybe switch to another phone like a BlackBerry or even a Droid you will like verizon, i promise. T-mobile's service is terrible so i have heard from friends that use it. All of the carriers have mediocre customer service, actually verizon has the best. I switched over to at&T and got the bold 9000 and the iPhone and i just wasn't satisfied with the prices so i switched back to verizon and am gonna stay with them because i love the service. So i would suggest you try the new Droid X that is coming out, the droid incredible, the blackberry bold 9650, the tour, or even the storm 2. check out their website!
