Recipe for creamy chicken and wild rice like Milton's?

At Costco they used to sell this wonderful chicken and wild rice with sliced mushrooms and peas, and diced chicken, in a creamy sauce. Milton's brand. Sadly, they don't sell it anymore. And I was wondering if anyone had a copycat recipe, or something close to this?

Try this one. It is the closest I can think to the recipe of Milton's

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini 1 lb chicken or a whole chicken cut up (or a store bought rotisserie chicken) 1 lb spaghetti 1 small box velveeta cheese 4 oz cream cheese 1 can hot rotel tomatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 cup sour cream ¼ cup shredded cheese In a large pot of boiling water seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic power and onion powder place (or use fresh garlic and onion minced) place chicken and cook gently until done (about 20 minutes) Remove chicken from water (reserve the water) and return water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until aldente Cool chicken and cut into bite size piecesIn a small pot put soup, cheese and Rotel and melt slowly together Drain pasta and place in a large casserole dish and mix in chicken and cheese mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes til bubbly and serve with some crusty bread. This freezes exceptionally well so make a double batch and freeze one without baking. When cooking later be sure to defrost before baking

Milton's still sells this through Costco but it's a seasonal/holiday item. Try looking for it in December. I bought like 10 packages of it last December (2014)
